Ans : FTP stand for 'FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL'. Most hosting website provides FTP access to your web hosting. FTP Server is just like a cloud storage . Using FTP anyone can backup there data/media to FTP Server. Possible to use FTP server on local network.

Pre Required things:
Old Android phone with ROOT

Http Server apk

I'm used xplore file manager by lonely cat game for system/root access of phone. Copy ftp server.apk and put it in /system/priv-app/ftp & give permission 644. ( Apk & folder name must be same : if folder is ftp then apk name should be ftp.apk ).
     Just like ftp.apk , copy http.apk file in /system/priv-app/http ← here
